I he Council of the City of Alameda has heretofoin authorized
the sale to The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph CcmparW of a certain portion of
the City owned undezyround conduit installed on the north side of Santa Clara
Avenue between Walnut Street and the Alameda City Hall, said portion of afore-
mentioned conduit being described as "that portion botween the telephone company,
Inil box located 50 foot west of the we, property line of Tainut Street and
the vest property line of the premises known as 2211 Santa Clara Avenue, a
distance of 240 "oet"; ancd,
thc Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company requires that
transfpr of title to sold conduit be evidenced by a Bill of Sale executed by
the City;
