RE'SOLUTIOU NO. 4624
TRANSFERRING 0238,275.95 FR01,1" THE IN LIEU TPX FUND
TO THE GENERAL FUND
Vill-EREAS9 certain moneys have been deposited in the In Lieu Tax Fund
pursuant to the provisions of Eesolution No. 28871, adopted by this Council on
July 6, 1943; and
WHEREAS, the sum of $238,275.95 has been expended fron the General Fund
for the purposes authorized in the Act referred to In the said resolution, namely
for law enforcement and the regulation and control and fire protection of highway
traffic in the City of Alameda;

that the sum of"238.275.95 be, 'e and the same is hereby, transferred from the In
Lieu Tax Fund to the General Fund.
the Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make
said transfer on their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in adjourned regular neetIng assembled on the 24th day of June, 1952, by the
