IMPROVEMENTS IN SUBDIVISION KNOT71'1 AS TRACT #1085
WHEREAS. George T. Hansen has prepared for approval of the City Council
the Final Map of that certain subdivision known as Trai't' 1T1085; and
WBEREAS, the said George T. Hansen has requested the City of Ala da
to authorize the construction of the improvenents In said subdivision subsequent
to the approval of the City Council of said Final Map, and has signified his
willingness to enter into an agreement with the City of Alaneda for the construction
of said improvements and to post a bond guaranteeing faithful performance of said
work, all in accordance with the provisions of City of Alameda Ordinance No. 700,
N.S.; and
WBEREASI the City Council believes that it will be to the advantage and
benefit of the City of Alameda to have said work performed; and
1;"VILEREASI, a form of agreement covering the construction of improvements
in said Tract 11085 has been prepared and submitted to this Council at its regular
meeting held July 1, 1952, and has been ordered filed with the City Clerk of said
City;
N071 T7E31YEFORE9 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AIAMEDA
as follows:
That the form of agreement hereinabove referred to and the terms and
provisions thereof, be, and the same are hereby, approved.
That the City Manager of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute said agreenent on behalf of the City of Alameda
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest the same.

du2y and regularly Introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of July, 1052, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheld, Sweeney and President
Osborn, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Jones, (1).
