AGREEMEIE G'J'ITH THE' STWE OF CALTFORNIA FOR
EX FIENDITUEZ' OF GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR
CITY STREETS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1952-1053
WEED WASO the State of California has submitted a Memorandum of Project
Agreement for the fiscal year 1952-1953, for the expenditure of Gas Tax Allocation
for Major City Streets; and
WEEREAS, It is in the pulblic interest that said Agreement should be
N(Al THEREPFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF AIAHEDA
that said Memorandttr, of Agreement for Expenditure of Gas Tax Allocatlon for Major
City Streets for the fiscal year 1952-1053 be entered into, and that the Mayor
of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreenent on behalf of the City of Alameda, and the City Clerk is authorized
to attest the same.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular se
meeting asmbled on the 1st day of July, 1052, by the following vote,
