AUTHORIZING EXECUTION CF AGREEMENT WITH AIANEDA UNIFIED
SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR FURNISHING TO TBE CITY OF LA Eft A
QUALIFIED ADMTNISTRATOR AND SUPERVISOR OF THE CITY'S
RECREATION
WEEREAS, the City of Alameda did on the 19th day of May, 1952, enter
into an agreement with the Alameda Unified School District for the services of a
qualified person to adninister and supervise the City's Recreation Department for
the City's Recreation Department for the period May 15, 1952, to June 30, 1952,
for which services the City agreed to pay the School District monthly the sum of
Two Hundred Fifty 0$250.00) Dollars; and
WEEREAS, in said agreement it was provided that the, agreement would be
subject to renewal, on the sane terms, for the period from July 1, 1952, to June
300 1953, and the School District wishes to renew said agreement;
NCW THEREFORE,, BE IT RRSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL CY THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the Nayor of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to execute, on behalf of the City, an agreement with Alamnda Unified
School District extending the terms of the agreerent of May 19, 1952, referred
to in the preamble to this resolution, for the period July 1, 1952, to June 30,
1953, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest the same.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda

AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branschald, Sweeney and President
