by and between Central Pacific Railway Company, a corporation of the State of Utah,
and its lessee, Southern Pacific Company, a corporation of the State of Delaware,
as grantors, and City of Alameda, a municipal corporation of the State of California
grantee, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered by said 7runtors to the
City of Alameda; and
WFEREAS1 by said indenture, the grantors gianted to the City of Alameda
the right to construct, maintain and use storm and sanitary sewer pipe lines beneath
the tracks of said grantors and across certain real property situated in the City
of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and nore particularly described
in said indenture; and
1"V!-1EREASV the City of Alarsda did, on the 15th day of July, 1952, accept
said conveyance and anquiTed possession of the said easement in said real property;

the aforenentioned indenture be, and the sarn is hereby, accepted on behalf of the,

be attached thereto, as required b7 Section 27281 of' the 'lovernment Code of the,
State of California.
