','VTTT]HE,AS,1 the Alameda Chamber of Connerce is willing to undertake the work
of advertising the City of Alameda and to carry on all the necessary -pub for
said City during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1953; and
WREERAS1 the production of such advertising and publicity requires
special services of a pinfessional and technical nature and special technical
skill and facilities;

the terms, agreements and provisions thereof be, and the sane are hereby, approved.
RESOLVED, 1771THET!, that the Vayor of the City of Alaneda is hereby
authorizod and directed to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the
City of Alameda, a contract substantially in the form and containing the covenants,
agreements and provisionset forth in the aforesaid forn of contract.
