RESOLVED 3Y THE OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda of one (1) new, latest model
4 -door, 8 -cylinder sedan automobile, No. ]AS 9-52-13, filed in the office of the
City Clerk on September 16, 1952, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted.
REPSOLVEQ, FURTHEA, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 P. M. on Tuesday, October 7, 1952, for the
furnishing to the City of one (1) new, latest model 4 -door, 8 -cylinder sedan auto-
mobile, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be pre -
stinted to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed
cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal: for 4 -door, 8 -cylinder Sedan",
or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best
bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -
Star, a notice callin6 for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of .Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of September, 1952, by the following
vote, to wit:
