M11011REAS, a certain Deed dated September 19, 1952, made by Central
Avenue Land Development Co., a limited partnership, to City of Alameda, a
municipal corporation, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered by
the grantors to the City of Alameda; and
WEREAS1 by said Deed the grantors deeded to the City of Alameda
certain real property located at Central Avenue and Fernside Boulevard, which
real property is situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of
California, and is more particularly described in said deed; and
WTBR EAS, said Deed was made for the purpose of correcting the
description of the parcel of land granted by Central Avenue Land Development Co.,
a limited partnership, to City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, for street
purposes, by Deed dated July 24, 1952, and recorded August 26, 1952, in Book 6811
of Official Records of Alameda County, Page 123, wherein said parcel of land was
incorrectly described;

that the aforementioned Deed be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf
of the City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said
City, hereby consents to the recordation of said Deed and orders this resolution
to be attached thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Government Code
of the State of California.
I. the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of October, 1952 by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid, !ones, Sweeney and President
Osborn, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
