AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREETa','NT A17:j]1',TDING CONTRACT
NOy(U) 22357, (CHANGE "E'') RELATING TO SPECIAL 3ERVICE S
TO NAVY PUBLIC B"
M7EREAS, the United States of America, District Public Works Office,
Twelfth Naval District, San Bruno, California, has submitted a form of agree-
ment amending Contract NOy(U) 22357, (Change "E") relating to special services
to Navy public quarters and Navy Housing "Homoja "B''; and
NUEREAS, the form of said Change "E" has been presented to this
Council and this Council is familiar with the provisions thereof; and
WHEREAS9 it is in the public interest that said amendment Change "Ell
should be executed;
NOW T-Eff,01EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF r=_� CIL rf OF AIJ7,TDA
that the aforesaid agreement amending Contract NOy(U) 22357 (Change ''E") be
entered into, and the Mayor of the City of Alameda is hereby authorized and directed
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Alameda and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest the same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of October, 1952, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid, jones Sweeney and President
Osborn, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
