RESOLUTION NO. 4670
AUTHORIZING THE ENECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA FOR FEDERAL ALLOCATIONS TO LOCAL PUBLIC
HEALTH AGENCIES FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1. 1952-JUNS 30, 1953

WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Health,
has submitted as Contract for Federal Allocations to Local Public Health Agencies
for the fiscal year July 1, 1952, to and including June 30, 1953; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the provisions of said contract;

WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that the City of Alameda should
enter into said contract in order that Federal funds allocated may be used by the
Alameda Health Department;
NaW THEREFORE, BE IT RMOLVE-1) BY 11-M,' GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
thatsaid Contract for Federal Allocations to Local Public Health Agencies be
entered into, and that the Mayor of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Alaneda,
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest the same.
I., the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of October, 1952, by the following
vote, to wit:
