AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH VICTOR FLASHMAN
IN THE MATTER OF COMPLETION OF IMPROV�MRNTS IN SUBDIVISION

4THEREAS, Victor Flashnan has prepared forapproval of the City. Council the
final Map of that certain subdivision known as Tract 0155; and
WEEREAS, the said Victor Flashman has requested the City of Alameda to
authorize the construction of the improvements in said subdivision subsequent to the
approval by the City Council of said Final Map, and has signified his willingness to
enter into an agreemont with the City of Alameda for the construction of said improve-
ments and to post a bond guaranteeing faithful performance of said work, all ill
accordance with the provisions of City of Alameda Ordinance No. 700 N.C.; and
WLIEREAS, the City Council believes that it will be to the advantage and
benefit of the City of Alameda to have said work performed; and

meeting held October 21, 1952, and has been ordered filed with the City Clerk of

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RnSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
as follows:
'That the form of agreement hereinabove referred to and the terms and
provisions thereof be, and the same are hereby, approved.
That the City Manager of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby, authorized,
and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Alameda and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest the same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the fore loin Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of October, 1952, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Counc-ilmen Anderson, Branscheid, Jones and President
Osborn, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sweeney, (1).
