and City Treasurer; and
MHEHMS, the Council is fully advised in the oremises and is of the
opinion that the bent intercsts of the City will be scried by the adoption of the
Auditor's recommcndatian in this mnther;

checks agsinst said account for the purpose of pavin7 duly audited and mpnroved
demands against the City of Alnmeda.
