Resolution 04685RESOLUTION NO. 4685 DESIGNATING THE CITY ATTORNEY AS ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE, EAST BAY PUBLIC UTILITY COMMITTEE WHEREAS, the City of Alameda has entered into an agreement with the Cities of Albany, Berkeley, Hayward, Oakland, Piedmont, Ricl=ond and San Leandro for the purpose of forming an East Bay Public Utility Committee- and P WHEREAS, Section 10 of said agreement -provides t'.17at the City Manager 011 the City of Alameda shall be the Alameda representative on said Committee, and further provides that each member of the committlee may have alternates designated by its legislative body who may act for the representative in the absence of the latter or the latter's inability to attend meetings of the committee; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AL EDA that the City Attorney is hereby appointed as an alternate member of the East Bay Public Utility Committee to act as the representative of the City of Alameda in the absencM of the City Manager. I, the undersigned,, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 9th day of December, 1952, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid, Jones, Sweeney and President Osborn, (5).
