RECORDATION THEREOF
WHEREAS, a certain Deed dated the 5th day of December, 1952, made by Alice
P. Noble, a married woman, formerly Alice P. Caton, to City of Alameda, a municipal
corporation,, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered by the grantor to the
City of Alamedae and

WHEREAS, by said deed the grantor deeded to the City of Alameda certain
real property general.

municipal purposes, which real property is situated in the City of Alameda, County
of Alameda., State of California, and is more particularly described in said deed;
NOW THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AIAMEDA that
the aforementioned Deed be, and the same is hereby., accepted on behalf of the City
of Alameda, and said City Council, actIrg for and in bels, -41f of said City,, hereby
consents to the recordation of said Deed and orders this resolution to be attached
thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Goverrmtent Code of the State of
California .
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 9th day of December, 1952, by the following
vote, to wit.*
AYES'. Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid, Jones, Sweeney and
