AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT
NOy(U)-22357 (CHANGE "F") RELATING TO SPECIAL SERVICES
TO NAVY PUBLIC QUARTERS AND NAVY HOUSING HOMOJA "B"
WHEREAS, the United States of America, District Public Works Office,
Twelfth Naval District, San Bruno, California, has submitted a form of agreement
amending Contract NOy(U)-22357, (Change "F") relating to special services to Navy
Public quarters (formerly Defense project CAL -4111) and Homoja project "B", Naval
Air Station, whereby the lump sum annual cost for services enumerated in Article I,
Section 1, is changed to read 1,6,825.12, in lieu of t6,710.00, effective July 1.
1952, and
WHEREAS, the form of said Change "F" has been presented to this Council
and this Council is familiar with, the provisions thereof.; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that said amendment Change "F"
should be executed*

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT REPSOL, VED BY THE, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the aforesaid agreement amending Contract NOy('U)-22357 (Change 'IF") be entered into,
and the Mayor of the City of Alameda is horeby authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Alameda and the City Clerk is authorized to
attest same.
I. the undersigened, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 6th day of January,, 1.953, by the following vote, to wit:
