TRANSFEARING q23,194.27 FROM THE IN LIEU TIX FUND TO
THE GENERAL FU2NTD
WHEREAS, certain moneys have been deposited in the In Lieu Tax Fund
pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2887, adopted by this Council on July
6, 1943; and
I WEEREAS, the sum of 523A94.27 has been expended from the General Fund for
the purposes authorized in the Act referred to in the said resolution, namely, for
law enforcement and the regulation and control and fire protectiun of highiTay traf f is
in ths City of Alameda;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the sum of J23,194.27 be, and the same is hereby, transferred from the In Lieu Tax
Fix to the General Fund.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are horeby authorized and directed to make
said transfer on their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assenbled on the 20th day of January, 1953, by—the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Brpnscheld, Jones, Sweeney and President
Osborn, (5).
NOES: None.
