RESOLUTION NO. 4703
TRANSFEER11,4G 111,510.00 FROM TBE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE
CONTROL FUND TO T.11E GENERAL FUIND
WBEREAS, certain moneys have been delivered to and received by the City
of Alameda from the State of California and deposited in the Alcoholic Beverage
Control Fund pursuant to the provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act
(statutes of 1935, page 1123, as amended), and the provisions of Resolution No. 2212,,
adopted by the Council on December 7, 1937; and,
WHEREAS, there has been expended from the General Fund of the City, solely
for the purposes specified in said Act and in said Resolution, the sum of QP11010-00
in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Police Department;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BE THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the slun o `-111,510.00 be, and the same is hereby, transferred from the Alcoholic
Beverage Control Fund to the General Fund.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make
said transfer on their respective books.

and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 20th day of January, 1953, by the following vote, to of
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid, jones, Sweeney and President
Osborn, (5).
