'AFHEREAS, certain moneys heve been delivered to and received by the City of
Alameda from the State of California and deposited in the Snecial Public Health Fund
pursAnnt to the provisions of Soctions 1100 to 114-5 of the Hoalth and Sefoty Code of
the State of California (Chapter 1562, Statutos of 1947), as ane:nded., and the I-Vovi-
sions of Resolution No. 3650, adopted by this Council on November 18, 190; and
WHEREAS, the Sulu of ,-''?7,871.00 has been expended from the Genernl Fund for
the purposes authorized in the act referred to and in said resolution, namely, for
Dublic health purposes;
N'01U T!"jEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT -Y,- OF AL.3',YMDA that
of ',",7,871.00 be, and the same is hereby, transferred fpom the Special Public
Health Fund to the General Fund.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make
said transfer on their respective books.
