COUNTOIL OF CITY OF ALAEEDA that the City of Alameda purchase from the United States of America, through the Public Housing Administration, for thd sum of $5uj.00, an easement for storm and sanitary severs in, through under and along the followinE described property situate in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California: Being a 5 -foot strip or parcel of land 2.5 feet on each side of the following described center line: FECINNING at a point in the direct extension of the east line of Wood Street 70.00 feet wide, said point being North 10 581 East 150.58 feet from the Southwesterly corner of Area "C" as said point, corner and area are described in action in eminent domain entitled "United States of America, plaintiff, vs. certain parcels of land in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, the Regents of the University of California, et al, defendants", Civil Suit numbered 24109-R, District Court of the,, 'United States in and for the Yorthern District of California, Southern Division, and recorded in Book 4693 of Official Records at page 158; qUE1101 South 850 511 last 1001.43 feet, more or less, to apoint which is 0.00 feet Easterly of the direct exteasion of the center line of St. Charles Street as said street is described in tho above mentioned action in eninent domain. The above described easement is 0modiately adjacent to and swath of a 10.00 -foot easement for sewer purposes aoross parcel 1 of Area "C" of the nereinbefore described action in eminent domain.
