office of the City Clerk on January 20, 19532 be, and the same are hereby, approved and.
adopted.

sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 otclock P. Y. on Tuesday, February 3, 1953, for
the furnishing to the City of one (1) 20" band saw complete with 1 TIP, 3-phase,
220/440 volt motor, and accessory items, in accordance with said Specifications and
Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Ehil, Alameda,
CaliforLia, under sealed cover and plainly eked on the outside, "Proposal for 20t,
band saw complete with 1 HP, 3-phase, 220/440 volt motor and a3cessory items", or
similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this resolution
and of said Specifications and Provisions,
