WWREAS, the conDletion of Unit IV of the Alameda Interceptor Sewer requires
that the City acquire from the Southern Pacific Company an easement for sewer purposes
over, under and across property of the Southern :pacific Company along the Segregation
Line from 06hth Street to a point in the vicinity of St. Charles Street, in the City
of Alameda; and
