110=0131 Article XIX of the Charter of the City of Alameda provides that
a General 7unicipal Election shall be held in said City on Tuesday, Ya ch 10, 1953;
and
STWAS, at said General Yunicipal Election and pursuant to the provisions
of the Charter of said City, officers are to be elected to fill the office of
Councilman for full terms, the office of Treasurer for full term, and the office of
Auditor for full term;

a General Yunicipal Election be, and is hereby, called and ordered to be held in
said City of Alameda, State of California, an Tuesday, March 10, 1953, in accordance
with the provisions of said Charter of the City of Alameda, for t purpose of
electiEg the following named officers of Lhe City for the terms specified:
Three (3) Councilmen on the Council of said City for three (3) full terms,
each term commencing at 8:00 ofelock P. 7. on the Kird Tuesday in April,
1953, and continuing for four (4) years thereafter and until a successor
is elected and qualified.
One (11, Treasurer of said City for a full term commencing at 8:00 o'clock
P. 7. on the third Tuesday in April, 1953, and continuing for four (4)
years thereafter and until a successor is elected and qualified.
One (1) Auditor of said City for a full term commencing at 8:00 otclock
P. T. on the third Tuesday in April, 1953, and continuing for four (4)
years thereafter and until a successor is elected and qualified;
and for the purpose of voting on any measure or proposition which may lawfully be
submitted at said election.

Alameda, designated and numbered consecutively from No. 1 to No. 128, both inclusive,
as the same we2e last heretofore defined, aesignated, fixed and established by the
Board of Supervisors of the County of 11ameda, State of California, as the election
precincts within the City of Alameda for holdinG Gene2ai state and County Elections,
W2 and the ;ame are hereby, fixed, designated and established as the election pre-
cincts for holdinq the afo2esaid General Yunicipal llection.
IT that tho Board of Election for each election pre-
cinct at said General Yunicipal Eloction shall consist of one inspocGel r, one 7udCe
and two Clerks.

officers for conducting said General Eunicipal Election be, and Phe same is hereby,
fixed at the sum of $7.00; provided, that the additional sum of 11.00 shall be paid,
