WHEREAS, in the levying of as3sssments for the Street Lighting Construction
Assessnent District No. 1 (1952), there was collected from the property owners within
said street lighting district the amount of 0172.51 in exce3s of thp actual cost of
construction of the groject;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TiiH CITY OF IkLAMED-hi, that
the Auditor of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby, authorized to refund to the
several property owners in said street lighting district, as their interests ma, -j
appear, the said sum i of '�172.51.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foreFoinF Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and sdopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in requiar
meeting assembled on the 3rd day of February, 1953, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid, Jones and President Osborn,
NOES: None.
