MCKPTING CRANT OF (hAKASJi?STRAITS VILLAGE)
MOM PUBLIC HOUSING AND COMATING TO

WHEREAS, a certain indenture dated the 26th day of January, 1953, made by
and between United States of America, acting by and through the Housing and Home
Finance Agency, Public Housii-kg Administration, as Grantor, and City of Alameda, a,
rmnicipal corporption, as Grantee, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered
by said Grantor to the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said indenture, the grantor granted to the City. of Alameda a
permanent easement and right of way to, at any time, or from time to tMe, cloMtrue t,
maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew underground sanitary sewers and/or star -m
drains in, through, Ander and along as piece, strip or parcel of land :gait nated in the
City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and more particalarly des-
cribed in said indenture; nnd
N�HEREASP City of Alameda did, on the 3rd day of February, 1953, accept
said conveyance and acquired vossession of the said easement in the said real property;
NOW THEREFORE, aE IT RESOMD BY T1121E, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMDA that the

of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City, hereby
consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this resolution to be attacted
thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State of California.

and reFularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 3rd day of February, 1953, by the following vote, to wit:
