ACCEPTING EFED FROALAMEDA CITY LAND CO., A CORPORATION,
OF REAL PROPERTY AT TWTERSECTION OF !SLAND ROAD AND COUNTY
BAY F�",RM !SLJJ''., AND _CONSENTING TO RECORDATION THEREOF
WHEREAS, a certain Deed dated the 10th day of January, 1953, made by Alameda
City Land Co., a corporation, to City of Alameda, a nunicipal corporntion, was, on or
ahout said date, executed and delivered by thn grantor to the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said Deed the grantor deeded to the City of Alameda certain real.
Cr operty at the intersection of Island Road and County Road, Bay Farm Island, which
real property is situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State K California,
and is more particularly described in said Deed;
NOW THEI-t-EFORE3 BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the
aforementioned Deed be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the City of Alameda,
and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City, hereby consents to the
recordation of said Deed and orders this resolution to be attached thereto, as required
by section 27281 of the GovernnBnt Code of the State of California.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the fore7oing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduned and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 3rd day of February, 1953, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Thr anschaid, Jones and Presidant Osborn, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sweeney, (1).
