APPROVING SEC OINDSUP-PrEIVIENTAL MEMORANDUM OF Aa2EEMENT
FOR EXPENDITURE OF G -AS 'hAa ALLOCIiTION FOR 1,,IAJOR CITY
STREETS AND AUTADRIZING THE EXECUTIGN THEREOF
WEERREASI the State of California, through its Department of Public Works,
Division of Higbmays, has presented a Second Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement,
in accordance with a project statement submitted for expenditure by the City of the
C as tax allocated under the provisions of Sections 194 and 2107 of the Streets and
Hig1mpays Code, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1952, for streets of major im-
Dortance other than State highways, in the City of Alameda; and
1,O11E1ZE'AS, the City Council is familiar witA the contents of said agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TID,' CI'" -'Y OF ALIU.IEDA that
said project statement be, and it is hereby, adopted as the budget of proposed ex-
penditures of the gas tax allocated for streets of major importance other than
State highways, and said Second Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement be, and the
same is hereby, approved, and the Mayor of the City of Alameda and the City Clerk
are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be binding
upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 17th day of February, 1953, by As following vote, to wit:
