ACCEPTIIN�G GRANT OF EASELETIT FROM CENTRAL 11VIENUE LAND
VULQUENT CC., A COPARTNHRSHIP, IN TRACT 1085)
AND CONSENTING TG RECORDATION THEREOF
IFEREAS, a certain indenture dated the 3rd day of March, 19539 made by
and between Central Avenue Land Development Co., a copartnership, as grantor, and
City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, as grantee, was, on or about said date,
executed and delivered by said grantor to the City of Alameda; and
I,VHERLEAST by said indenture, the grantor granted to the City of Alameda a
permanent easement and riEht of way over, under and across real property therein
described, for the purpose of installing, maintaining, replacing, removing and re-
newing anchors and guys for the support of power and communication lines to be con-
structed within that certain subdivision knawn as Tract No. 1085 and on Central
Avenue and Hansen Avenue, within said tract; that said real property is situated in
the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and is more particularly
described in said indenture; and
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda didT on sa

said conveyance and acquired possession of the id easement in the said real
property;
NOW TTIE'!UJF0!Z.1]2 EE IT RESOLVED BY ULE COUNCIL OF THE CITY" OF ALAMEDA that
the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the
City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City,
hereby consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this resolution to
be attached thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Government Code of the
State of California,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 17th day of March, 1953, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branschaid, Sweeney and President Osborn, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Jones, (1).
