ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMETNI' FROM CENTRAL AVENUE LAND
DEVEL0111111ENT COMPANY, A COPARTNERSHIP, AND ROBERT G.
HUDKINS AND VIOLET M. IITJDYJ.NS, HIS WIFE, (IN TRACT
T THEREOF
WHEREAS, a certain indenture dated the 3rd day of March, 1953, made by
and between Central Avenue Land Development Comnany, a copartnership, and Robert G.
Hudkins and Violet M. Hudkins, his wife, as graitors, and City of Alameda, a munici-
pal corporation, as grantee, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered by
said grantors to the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said indenture, the grantors granted to the City of Alameda a
permanent easement and right of way over, under and across real property therein
described, for the purpose of installing, maintaining, replacing, removing and re-
newing anchors and guys for the support of power and communication lines to be
constructed within that certain subdivision known as Tract No. 1085 and on Central
Avenue and TT,,_=4nsen Avenue, within said tract; that said real property is situated in
the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and is more particularly
described in said indenture; and
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda did, on the 17th day of March, 1953, accept
said conveyance and acquired possession of the said easement in the said real prop-
erty;

the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the
City. of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City, here-
by consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this resolution to be
attached thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State
of California.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by One Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 17th day of Yarch, 1953, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid, Sweeney and President Osborn, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Jones, (1).
