CONFIRMING REPORT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS IN
THE MATTER OF THE REPAIR OF SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF
PROPERTY KNOWN AS 1800 PARK STREET, AND DIRECTING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF LIEN ON SAID PROPERTY WITH CITY'
ASSESSOR AND CITY TAX COLLECTOR
WEEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has filed with the City Council
his report on the repair by the City of the sidewalk in front of the real property
known as 1800 Park Street, Alameda, California, said report setting forth the.
he cost
of such repairs as being in the amount of $55.80; and
WHEREAS, pta�suant to notice duly given, said Council did hold a hearing
on said matter for the purpose of examining and considering said report; and
WHEREAS, said Council is fully advised in the premises;
NOW TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the itemized statement of expense submitted by the Superintendent of Streets in the
aforesaid matter be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
BE IT FURTH1.,R RESOLVED that said Superintenhent of Streets be, and he is
hereby, directed to prepare as Notice of Lien on the property known as 1800 Park
Street, Alameda, California, in the amount of said itemized stat enent of expense,
and in accordance with theprovisions of Section 5626 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California, and to file said Notice of Lien with the City
Assessor and City Tax Collector for collection of the amount,of said lien pursuant
to the provisions of Section 5628 of said Streets and Highways Code.
I. the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 7th day of April, 1953, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid, Jones, Sweeney and President
Osborn, (5).
NOES: Noneo
ABSENT: None.
