RESOLUTION NO. 4754
TRANSFERRING $2,000,00 FROM T1311' CCAS TAX #1 FUND TO
'THE TRAFFIC SAFETY FUND
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA MEDA that the sum of $2,000.00
be, and the same is hereby,transferred from the Gas Tax #1 Fund to the Traffic
Safety Fund,
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make
said transfer on their respective books.
I. the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 7th day of April, 1953, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid, Jones, Sweeney and President
Osborn, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
