APPROVING FINAL MAP OF STBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
NO. 1249, SU3MITTED SY CENTRA1, AITEN'09:i, LAND =ELOPMENT
co LIMITED PARTNERSHTP
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with and approved by this Council
a Tentative Map of that certain proposed subdivision known as Tract No. 1249; and
Subdivider of said Tract No. IT Central Avenue Land Develop-
ment Co., a limited partnership, has entered into a contract with the City of Alameda,
agreeing to construct certain improvements upon said Tract, and has posted with the
City Clerk of the City of Alameda its certified check in the amount of $20,000.00 to
gyarantee the performance of said contract; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider has filed its Final Map of said Tract No. 12L9,
with this Council for aurroval;
NOU TMEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 3YTHE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Final Map of Tract No. 1249 be, and the same is hereby approved.
Iq the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 21st day of April, 1953, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Jones, McCall, Mcresi and President
Sweeney, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
