RESOLVED BY TITI.,, COUNCIL OF TICTY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and
Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) Tractor (dual wheel rear) for
Towing Fairway Mowers, No. MS 4-53-11, filed in the office of the City Clerk on April,
21, 1953, be, and the sane are hereby, apnroved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
scaled bids up to the hour of 8:05 otclock P. M. on 7uesday, My 5, 1953, for the furni-
shing to the City of one (1) Tractor (dual rear wheel) for Towing Fairway Mowers, in
accordance with said Specifientions and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City
Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on
the outside, "Proposal for Tractor for art wlnZ Fairway Mowers", or similar designation.
Contrect, if awarded, will he awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter
of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid* The right;

The City Clerk is hereby directcd to advertise, in the Alameda Times -Star, a
notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and
of said Specifications and Provisions.
