Resolution 04766RESOLUTION NO. 4766 TRANSFERRING $22,432.50 FROM THE, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND, WHEREAS, certain moneys have been delivered to and received by the City of Alameda from the State of California and deposited in the Alcoholic Beverage Control Fund pursuant to the provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act (Statutes of 1935, page 1123, as amended), and the provisions of Resolution No. 2212., adopted by this Council cn Decenber 7, 1937; and WHEREAS, there has been expended from the General Fund of the City, solely for the purposes specified in said Act and in said Resolution, the sum of $22,432000 in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Police Department; NOW TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 1.t DA that the sum of $22,432,50 be2 and` tie same is hereby, tranzferred from the Alcoholie Beverage Control and to the General Fund, The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make said transfer on their respective books.
