supplies, in accordance with the individual Specifications and ITOvisions therefor.

under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside with the designation of the'
supplies to which said bid applies. Bids may cover one item or a combination of
items and the Council reserves the riEht to let the contract for any of said sup-
plies to one bidder or several individual bidders.
Contracts, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best
bid for any and all of said supplies. The ri;ht is reserved to rejoct any. or all
bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions.
