� IL a oertain indenture dated the 7th day of February, made by

and between Robert V. 3rown and hargaret E.Brown, his wife, grantors, and City of
Alameda, a mnnicipal corporation, grantee, was, on or about said date,executed and
delivered by -said grantors to the City of Alameda; and
by said indenture the rantors granted to the City of Alameda

a permanent easement and right of way to, at any -time, or from tine to time, con-
st2uct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew an underground sanitary sewer
and storm drain in, through, under and along that certain piece of strip of land
in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of Califoinia, particularly
described in said indenture; and
the City of Alameda did on the 19th trayofYay, 1953, accept
said conveynnee and acquired possession of the said easement in said real property;
NOW TEEREF ORE , BE IT R&",'SOLVED JUY TILIE' COUINCIL 0-17 TH-ES, CITY OF A_e _17EDA that
the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the
City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City2
hereby consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this resolution to
be attached thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Govornment Code of the
State of California.
