Resolution 0478870 RESOLUTION NO. 4788 IN MEMORIAM TO HELEN BUTTON KNOX WITH PROPOUND SORROW,, the Council of the City of Alameda records the death of MRS. HELEN BUTTON KNOX,, beloved wife, of JUDGE DANIEL H. KNOX, and a prominent member of several civic org'anizations and clubs. WHEREAS, MRS. KNOB was a resident of the City of Alameda for many years and endeared herself to all. with whom she associated by her never failing friend. li- ness and her spirit of helpfulness and hospitality. 'NOW, TE=E ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in recognition of' her cooperation in any worthwhile activity of the community,, the Council of the City of Alameda hereby expresses its sense of personal loss and its gratitude for her participation in the service rendered by her affiliations; BE IT FURTFMiR RESOLVED that this Resolution be spread in full upon the, minutes of this meeting, and a copy thereof be transmitted to the .f and of Mrs. Knox, that it may extend to its members a sincere expression of sympathy, and condolence; and BE IT FURTHER !USOLVED that when this meeting of the Colincill of the Canty- of ity of Alameda is adjourned, it shall do so in respect to the memnry of MRS.
