APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE
CITY PLANNING BOARD
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomi-
nation of the Mayor,, j1),11',,LWYN ELFERS is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on July
1, 1953, and expiring on June 30, 1958, and until his successor is appointed and
is qualified.
RFSOLVED, FURTHER, that S. TOVA PETERSEN WILEY is hereby appointed to
the office cf member of the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda for a teirlyl
expiring on June 30, 19541 to fill the unexpired term of Earl Ce Bo ton, resigned,
and to serve until her successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
adjourned rex ulqr neeting assembled on the 29th day of June, 1953, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jones, McCall, Moresi and President Sweeney, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Anderson, (1).
