APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE
SERVICE BOARD
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA MEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of theCharter of the City of Alameda, and on nomination
of the Mayor, MARKHAM B. HAPP is hereby appointed to the office of member of the
Civil Service Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on July 1, 19,53,
and expiring on June 30, 1958, and until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, t -he undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
andregularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda ill
adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 29th day of June, 1953, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jones, McCall, Moresi and President Sweeney, (4).
NCES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Anderson, (1).
