RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination,
of the Mayor, CHARLES M. ROMANOWITZ is hereby appointed to the office. of rneaiber of
the Public Utilities Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on July 1,
1953, and expiring on June 30, 1957, and unt1l his successor is appointed and Is
I, the undersigned, hereby certify thAt the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 29th day of June, 1953, by the following
