WHEREAS, the City Enginear has prepared Specifications, Special Provisions
and Plans for fuimishing and erecting chain link fences and chain link baseball bacl,
stops at Krusi Park, numbered PW 4-54-6 and filed in the office of hhe City Clerk on
AprQ 6, 1954.
NOW 901FIE1iR'FOTF�E, BE !T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the
aforesaid Specifications, Spocial Provisions and Plans, niunbered and filed as afore-
said, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the performance and completion of the work specified
in spid Specifications and Provisions be, and the some is hereby nuthorized.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 otclock P. M. on Tuesday, April 20, 1954, for the
furnishing to the City of AJameda of all labor, matcrial., vachinery, tools and equip-
ment necessary for the work hereinabove referred to, in accordance with spid Speci-
fications and Provisions. Bids must be uresented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall,
in Alameda, California, under sealed covir and ulainly marked on the outside "Proposal
for Furnishing and Ere cLing Chain Link Fences aid Baseball Back Stops at Krusi Park''
or similar designation .
Contracb, if awarded, will be aws,rded subject to the provisions of the
Cbnrter of the City of Alameda, tv Lbe rescansible bidder who snbmits the lowest Rnd
best bid. The right is reserved to rejec, any or PIT bids.
Said Specifications and Provisions may be had b; any prospective bidder or
munlicaLion to the City Engineer, nt his office in the City Hall, Alameda, California.
The City Cnrk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -Star
a notice calling for bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and,
of said Specifications and Provisions.

and regulnrly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assenbled on the 6tb day of April, 195q, by the following vote, to wit:
