STREETS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, has presente6 a Second Supplemental Memorundirr, of Agreement, in
accordance with a project statement submitted for exponditure by the City of the gas
tax allocDted under the provisions of Sections 19V and 2107 of the Streets and High-
ways Code, for the fiscal year 1953-1954, for streets of major importance other than
State hi;hways, in the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the cortents of said a7reemeIt;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF ALAMEDA that
said project statement be, and it is herebyq adopted as the budget of proposed ex-
penditures of the gas tax allocated for streets of major importance other than State
H_ig'hwa,'�!-s, and said Second Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor of the City, and the City Clerk are directed to sign
the same on behalf of said City, spid a7reenent to be binding upon the City upon its
execution by the authorized officials of the State.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and reFularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
neeting asselbled on the 6th day of April, 1954, by the following vote, to wit:
