the office of thn City Clerk on April 6, 1954, be, and the same are hereby approved
ond adoptet.
RESOLVED, !'-`1]T_R.7-'[ER, that the Council of the City oO Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 ofolock P. 1. on Tuesday, April 203 19-0, for
t',.e furnis!'_,in7 to the City of two (2) new, complete trucks, including boists and
two cubic -yard capacity cump bodies, in accordance with said Specifications and
Provisions. Bids nust be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda,
California, txnder sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for two
new dump trucks", or similar designation.
Contract,if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the resposib
nle bwho ho sobmits the lowest and best bid.
The rigbt is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -Star,
a notice callinF for sealed bids in accordance with the Provisions of this resolution
and of said Specifications and Provistons.
