FUIZ TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the sum of W.,000.00 has been expended from the General Fund of
the City of Alameda for the purposes of traffic control and regulation,, and the
purchase, installation, supervision., protection, inspection, maintenance and operation
of parking meters';
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the sum of $40,000.00 be, and, the same is hereby, transferred from the Parking Meter
Fund to the General Fund.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make
said transfer on their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 2nd day of March,, 1951!, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McCall, Moresi and Vice President Anderson., (3),
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Jones and President Sweeney, (2).
