TRANSFERRING 811,149-50 FROM THE SPECIAL PUBLIC
HEALTH FUND TO THE GE RAL, FUND
WHEREAS, certain moneys have been delivered to and received. by the City of
Alameda from the State of California and deposited in the Special Public Health Fund
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 8, Division 2., Part 2, of the Health and Safety
Code of the State of California (Chapter 1.562, Statutes of 19417), as amended, and the
provisions of Resolution. No. 3650, adopted by this Council on November 18
1947; and

WHEREAS, the sum of $11,149-50 has been expended from the General Fund for
the purposes authorized in the act referred to and. in said resolution, namely, for
public health purposes;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THF-] CITY OF ALAMEDA. that
the sum of $11,,149-50 be, and the same is hereby,, transferred -from the Special Public
Health Fund to the General Fund.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to nake
said transfer on their respective books.
