RESOLUTION NO. 4886
BECLARING THE NEED FOR A REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO FUNCTION
IN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNOIL OF T1117x CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
1. The Council does hereby declare that there is a need for a
Redevelopment Agency.to function in the City of Alameda.
2. That this declaration is made in accordance with the provisions of
the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of California.
That the Redevelopment Agency created in the City of Alareda by the
terms of the Community Redevelopment Law be, and the same is hereby designated
"The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Alameda".
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 2nd day of March, 1954, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McCall, Moresi and Vice -President Anderson, (3).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Coqncilmaxi Jones and President Sweeney, (2).
