APPROVING REQUEST FGR TRANSFER OF TEMPORARY PUBLIC
HOUSING TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA - (HOUSING AUTHORITY RESOLUTION NO. 228)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAN DA that it does hereby
specifically approve the request of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, by
Resolution No. 228, dated the 17th day of February, 1954, for transfer of the follow-
ing described temporary war housing project, pursuant to Title VI of Public Law 475,
81st Congress:

Type: Temporary
No. Dwelling Structures: 21
Dwelling Units: 168
No. Non-Ewlling Structures: 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the foregoing approval of said request is
given subject to the execution of an agreement between the said Housing Authority
and the City of Alameda substantially in the form of that certain agreement autho-
rized by Resolution No. 4876 of this Council.
Is the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 2nd day of March, 1954, by the following vote, to wit:
I AYES: Cotm,cilmen McCall, Moresi and Vice President Anderson, (3).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Jones and President Sweeney, (2).
