RESOLUTION NO. 4878
APPROVING REQUEST FOR TRANSFER OF TEMPORARY PUBLIC
HOUSING TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA - (HOUSING AUTHORITY RESOLUTION NO.225)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that it does hereby
specifically approve the request of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, by
Resolution No. 225., dated the 17th day of February, 1954, for transfer of the
following described temporary war housing project, pursuant to Title VI of Public
Law 475, 81st Congress:
Project Name: CHIPMAN
Project Number: Cal -4114
Type.- Temporary
Not Dwelling Structures: 95
Dwelling Units-. 760
No. Non Dwelling Structures: 3
Type Non -Dwelling Structures: 1 Community Building
1 Child Care Building
1 Kerosene Station
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the foregoing approval of said request is
given subject to the execution of an agreement between the said. Housing Authority and
the City of Alameda substantially in the form of that certain agreerient authorized by
Resolution No- 4876 of this Council.
