RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAREDA that too rsuant to the
provisicns of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1066, New Series, as amended b7 Ordinance
No. 1102, New Series, of the City of Alameda, DANIEL ROT-T-RKE be, nn(i he is
hereby appointed to the office of nenber of the Recreation Commission of the City of
Alameda, for a term expiring August 31, 1954, to fill the unexpired term of Leland
W. Sweeney, resigned, and to scree until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that pursuant to the provisions aforesaid, JACK A.
RI UNDEN be, and he is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Recreation
Commission
