RESOLUTION NO. 4861
CREATING ONE (1) ADDITIONAL POSITION OF TREE TRIMMER
IN THE PARK DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
B' IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, that one (1)
additional position of Tree Trimmer be, and is hereby, created and established,
in the Park Department of the City of Alameda.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the provisions of this resolution shall supersede
those portions of Resolution No. 4786, and of any other resolution in conflict
herewith, (Code No. 555), and. all such. conflicting provisions are, to the extent
of such conflict only, hereby rescinded and annulled.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 5th day of January, 1954, by the following vote, to wit -
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Jones, McCall,, Moresi and President
Sweeney, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
